Make it easy and don't make it difficult 2

Glory be to Him, the Most High, says: [Indeed, it is a noble Qur’an, in a hidden book, that no one touches but the purified] (Al-Waqi’ah 77-79). 
 . He didn't say "don't touch it". . 
 There is a difference difficult to notice between touch and touch. . Explained by the story of Mary. . 
 When the king came to her and said to her,
  [He said, I am only a messenger of your Lord, to give you a pure boy] (19) Maryam 
 She said: [How can I have a boy when no human has touched me and I have not been a tyrant] (20 Maryam). . 
 She also did not say, "No human touched me." .
